These 3-week projects seem to be just the right length - short enough to hold your interest and long enough for you to begin to change your behavior. Of course, you know that just doing something for 21-days is not going to magically keep you doing it forever.  You must still believe it is important

Healthy choices take stamina as all of society tries to push you in the direction of 'unhealthy' and sometimes you may feel like giving up. But, don't do that! Just go back to Day One of your project and start again.
